Our 2026 Resolution: We’re Still Here, and We’re Still Stubborn

Let’s be honest. We are glad to see the back of 2025.

It was a tough year. Tariffs hit hard. The economy got weird. Wallets snapped shut. And if you looked around online, it felt like a hundred new sauna brands popped up overnight.

It is frustrating. We see these new companies riding our coattails. They borrow our talking points and throw massive piles of cash at marketing ads that drown us out. They look the part, but they don’t know the science. They are selling boxes of hot air, while we are trying to sell real health and wellness tools.

When the world gets loud and expensive, the smart business move is usually to cut corners. Use thinner wood. Buy generic parts. Speed up the assembly line. And to add insult to injury, they continue to claim that their products are “all that and a bag of chips.” Meaning, they continue to make claims of quality that aren’t actually true.

There is a saying that doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result is the definition of insanity.

Maybe we are a little insane. Because our resolution for 2026 is to do exactly what we have done for decades.

We resolve to keep sweating the small stuff.

We aren’t changing our recipe. We aren’t lowering our standards to make a quick buck or to shout louder than the new guys.

We refuse to use plywood.

Using plywood would save us a fortune. But plywood is just thin layers of wood held together by industrial glues. When you heat that up, you aren’t detoxing—you’re breathing in chemicals. We stick to 100% solid wood, and we give you the choice between Poplar and Hemlock. It costs us more to source and manufacture, but it means the air inside your sauna stays pure.

We are sticking with the “boring” glue.

Speaking of chemicals, we are staying with our water-based, non-toxic glues. This is a headache for manufacturing. It is expensive and requires a much longer curing time, which slows down our construction process. Standard industrial glue is faster and cheaper, but it off-gasses. We will keep paying extra—and waiting longer—for the stuff that won’t make you sick.

We build our own engines.

Most of those other companies just buy generic heaters off a shelf and slap their logo on them. Not us. We use our own patented heaters, designed from the ground up by our internal engineering team. We built them specifically to target heavy metals and toxins, not just to make you sweat.

We are staying obsessed with EMFs.

The new competitors don’t actually care about blocking electric and magnetic fields. It’s just a line on a spec sheet to them. To us, it’s the whole ballgame. We will keep hunting down invisible fields because your body knows the difference, even if their marketing team doesn’t.

We bet on the product, not the ads.

While the competition is burning cash on influencers and aggressive ad campaigns, we are taking our revenue and pouring it right back into the product. We invest in research. We invest in innovation. We want better results for you, not better reach for us.

2025 proved that business is hard. But it also proved that we are resilient.

The flash-in-the-pan brands will eventually run out of ad money. Trends will change. But quality is permanent.

So, here is our promise for 2026:

We are still here. We are still the nerds in Boulder who care way too much about solid wood, low EMF and VOC, and wavelengths. We will bring you quality products that don’t cut corners, and stand behind those products 100%. Yup, we’ll sweat the small stuff.

We hope this year brings you peace, health, and a little bit of quiet in a loud world.
