Who provides the financing?
Klarna. Monthly financing through Klarna is issued by WebBank. High Tech Health doesn’t lend money or set terms.
What rate and term will I get?
Klarna decides, based on its own approval process, including your credit history. It shows you the terms you’re approved for at checkout, before you accept. We can’t see or change your offer.
When is my first payment due?
Klarna sets your payment schedule and shows it with your offer, before you accept. After that, you’ll find it in the Klarna app or your Klarna account.
Will applying affect my credit score?
Klarna explains how it checks your credit, and whether that affects your score, in its help center.
How do I make payments?
Directly to Klarna, online or in the Klarna app.
Can I pay with Klarna online, or only by phone?
You'll pay with Klarna at time of your online checkout, or you can call sales at 1-800-794-5355 and we’ll email you a secure checkout link, where you can choose Klarna.
Who do I contact about my Klarna account?
Klarna customer service handles applications, rates, payments, refunds and your account. For anything about your sauna or your order, call us.
Can I use Klarna and my HSA or FSA on the same order?
No. They’re separate systems, so each order uses one or the other.
Does paying with Klarna change the price, delivery or returns?
No. The price, free delivery in the continental US and our return policy are the same however you pay. Klarna explains how refunds work on a Klarna plan.
How does HSA or FSA payment work?
Choose Pay with HSA/FSA through Truemed at checkout and answer a short health survey. An independent licensed clinician reviews it and, if you qualify, issues a letter of medical necessity, so you can pay with your HSA or FSA card.
What if I don’t qualify through Truemed?
You can still pay another way, by card or with Klarna.
