What you need to know about returning your sauna

Return Policy

Need to Make a Return? We’ve Got You Covered.

We truly hope your sauna becomes a daily source of wellness and relaxation. If you are having a problem with your sauna, talk to customer service because there is no problem we cannot fix. But if for any reason you need to send it back, we’ll do everything we can to make the process as smooth and supportive as possible.

Step 1: Call for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

An RMA is necessary for a return to be accepted. Before you begin your return, please give our customer service team a call at 1-888-878-8300. We’ll walk you through the steps and try to make the process as easy as possible.

Step 2: 30-Day Return Window

To qualify for a return, your sauna just needs to be on its way back to us within 30 days of the day you received it.

Step 3: New or Like-new Condition and In Undamaged Original Packaging

All returns must be in new or like-new condition complete with everything they came with. They must be in their original undamaged packaging. To ensure the sauna arrives back in our warehouse in re-sellable condition, it needs to be shipped in:

  • Original boxes securely strapped vertically to the original pallet
  • Wrapped tightly in plastic shrink wrap

If the original packaging is no longer available — no problem. We’ll help you find a professional packing service for you to hire to get it packed properly for shipping, however, there will be an additional charge to repackage the sauna in original packaging after we receive it. We want to help protect your investment and ensure everything comes back in great condition. Please note: if any damage does occur on the way back, the repair value will be deducted from your refund.

Step 4: We’ll Arrange the Shipping

Once everything is packed and ready to go, we’ll schedule the return shipping for you. You don’t need to track down a freight company or figure out logistics — we’ll take care of it so you don’t have to.

If you choose to ship the sauna back on your own, then the sauna will need to be fully insured for the full purchase value when it ships, since High Tech Health can’t be responsible for shipping-related damage. This gives both of us peace of mind.

Step 5: Processing Your Refund

As soon as your sauna arrives, we’ll inspect it and process your refund. The following items will be deducted from the total:

  • Original and return shipping costs
  • 25% restocking fee
  • Cost of new packaging if it arrives without undamaged original manufacturer’s packaging
  • Cost to repair or replace any damage to the product or missing pieces

We do everything we can to keep these deductions fair and transparent, and we’ll communicate clearly with you throughout the process.

Cancellations

If an order is canceled prior to shipment, payment will be fully refunded. Note that we consider your product to be “shipped” when a Bill of Lading and tracking number have been generated for a freight carrier. After products are considered shipped, cancellations are treated as returns as described above.
