Yes — it's one of the most common setups for our TR-1. You need roughly 3.5 by 3.5 feet of floor space and standard ceiling height. No steam, no moisture, no drainage, no room modifications needed. While our 3-person saunas are great for fitness rooms, larger bathrooms or living spaces.

Not for the TR-1, TR-2 / TRS-2 — both run on a standard 15-amp, 120V household outlet. The TR-3 and TRS-3 models need a 20-amp circuit, which most homes already have in bathrooms or kitchens. If you need one added, an electrician can typically do it for $150–$300.

Near infrared has legitimate medical uses in focused, targeted devices, but diffuse exposure in a sauna is different and carries concerns we take seriously. Saunas in the $1,000–$2,000 range use fundamentally different construction: panel heaters with lower output, plywood or composite wood with formaldehyde-containing glues, no electric field mitigation, and no ventilation system.
