Select Pay with HSA/FSA through Truemed. Truemed’s secure checkout opens to finish your order.
Complete the health survey
Answer Truemed’s health survey. An independent licensed practitioner reviews it.
Pay with your HSA or FSA card
If you qualify, the practitioner issues a letter of medical necessity and you pay with your HSA or FSA card. If you don’t, the order is canceled and you aren’t charged.

- Not everyone qualifies. A licensed practitioner decides, based on your health survey. We don’t make that decision, and we can’t predict it.
- Your savings depend on you. How much you save depends on your tax bracket and your HSA or FSA plan.
- Truemed or Klarna. They’re separate, so each order uses one or the other. Financing with Klarna is the other way to spread the cost.
- Same sauna, same terms. The price, free delivery and our return policy are the same however you pay.

HSA and FSA questions
Who decides whether I qualify?
An independent licensed practitioner working with Truemed reviews your health survey and decides. High Tech Health doesn’t make the decision.
What happens if I don’t qualify?
The order is canceled and you aren’t charged. You can still buy your sauna another way, by card or with Klarna.
What if my HSA or FSA doesn’t cover the whole order?
You can pay the rest with a credit or debit card in the same Truemed checkout.
Can I use my HSA or FSA if I order by phone?
Yes. Call sales at 1-800-794-5355 and we’ll email you a secure checkout link. Choose Truemed there, just as you would online.
Can I use Truemed and Klarna on the same order?
No. They’re separate systems, so each order uses one or the other.
Does paying through Truemed change the price, delivery or returns?
No. The price, free delivery in the continental US and our return policy are the same however you pay.
Who do I ask about my survey, my letter or my account?
Truemed handles the health survey and your letter of medical necessity: Truemed’s site explains how to reach them. Your HSA or FSA administrator handles your account and what it covers. For anything about your sauna or your order, call us.
