High Tech Health Return Policy

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Call 1-888-878-8300 to initiate.

Infrared Saunas Must be returned within 30 days of receipt in new or like-new condition with all original components and undamaged original packaging. Sauna must ship on the original pallet, in original boxes, strapped vertically and shrink-wrapped. We will arrange return shipping, or you may ship independently with full-value insurance (High Tech Health is not responsible for damage on self-shipped returns). If original packaging is unavailable, we can help locate a professional packing service at your expense.

The following are deducted from your refund: original and return shipping costs, a 25% restocking fee, repackaging costs if original packaging is missing or damaged, and repair or replacement costs for any damage or missing pieces.

Orders canceled before shipment receive a full refund. Once a Bill of Lading and tracking number have been generated, cancellations are treated as returns. Please see the Saunas Return Policy page for more details.
