One pallet, four boxes
All our saunas are designed for easy do-it-yourself setup. The panels interlock with a millimeter or less of variance, so they fit tightly and go together quickly.

Schedule Delivery Window
Proactively book your delivery window with the freight company for the right day for you and the weather.
Two ways to receive it

Curbside delivery, you set it up
The carrier brings the pallet to the curb or the end of your driveway, at ground level. You and a helper bring the boxes in and assemble the sauna.
Installation instructions and our how-to videos come with it, and we’re a phone call away the whole time.
- Free in the continental US, with tracking by email
- Ground level only: no stairs, steep driveways or long carries
- Someone 18 or older signs for it
- Two people, one to two hours, one screwdriver

In-home delivery, In-home assembly
Our partners are trained on High Tech Health saunas. They can bring it the last mile and into your home, assemble it, and take the packaging away.
Ask when you order, or on your follow-up call. Your delivery coordinator will go over what’s available and what it costs, then introduce you. You book with our partners directly.
- Delivery into your home, and full assembly
- Packaging and debris taken away
- Booked and paid directly through our partners
- Doesn’t include any electrical work your home may need
Get three things ready
- The spot. Measure where it’s going, and the doorways on the way there. Each model’s dimensions are on its product page.
- The outlet. Every model runs on standard 120V household power. One- and two-person saunas need a 15 amp circuit, and three-person saunas need 20 amps.
- A second person. Line up a helper for delivery day. Bringing the boxes in quickly keeps the sauna dry, and assembly goes faster with one person holding panels while the other fastens them.
Not ready yet? Tell us before it ships and, in most cases, we can hold it for you. See delivery questions.

Check the boxes before you sign.
What’s fine, and what isn’t

It looks like this
The packaging is there to take the knocks. If your pallet looks like this, it’s fine. Write anything you’re unsure about on the delivery receipt, even a dented corner, then sign.
- All four boxes, standing upright on the pallet
- Scuffs, dirt, or torn plastic wrap
- Dented or torn corners with no wood showing
- A damaged pallet (its job is done)

If you see any of these
If a box is punctured or badly torn, tear the hole a little wider and feel inside. Refuse it if you can feel or see damage to the wood or sauna pieces.
- Boxes lying on their side, or no pallet
- Fewer than four boxes
- Damage you can feel through a puncture or tear
- A sound like a rain stick when it’s moved: that’s broken glass
Four things to do before the truck leaves
Write it on the receipt
Write “damaged” on the delivery receipt and describe what you see.
Take photos
Of the boxes and the damage, if you can.
Refuse the shipment
Tell the driver you’re refusing it.

Delivery questions
How long does it take to ship my order?
In-stock saunas ship in 2–4 business days. We process orders every weekday.
How long does delivery take in the continental US?
About 3–5 business days once it ships. You’ll get tracking by email, and your delivery coordinator and our shipping team stay in touch the whole way.
How does shipping work outside the continental US?
Hawaii and Alaska take 2–3 weeks on average, because the sauna travels by boat.
Overseas, timing depends on the destination country and its customs process. Ask your sauna specialist for an estimate.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Not at the moment. Our shipping and delivery times are some of the fastest in the industry, though: in-stock saunas ship in 2–4 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days after that.
I’m not ready for it yet. Can I delay shipping?
Yes. Tell us in advance and, in most cases, we can hold your sauna until your space is ready. For a longer hold there may be a monthly holding fee; your sauna specialist can go over it when you order.
If you don’t tell us in advance and can’t receive it, the shipping company may charge a storage fee. So please let us know as soon as you can.
What if the sauna I want isn’t in stock?
You can still order it, online or by phone. We’ll let you know when it’s expected to ship, and a sauna specialist will keep you updated until it’s on its way. Call us to go over your options.
Is delivery free?
Yes. Freight delivery is free anywhere in the continental US.
Will the driver bring it inside?
No. Delivery is curbside: the driver brings the pallet to the curb or the end of your driveway, and for liability reasons usually can’t come onto your property. If you’d like it brought in and assembled for you, our partner 153 Install can do that. See two ways to receive it.
What if I find damage after I’ve unpacked it?
Call customer service at +1 (720) 239-1485 within 48 hours of delivery, and email photos to cs@hightechhealth.com. Reporting it within 48 hours is what lets the shipping company be held responsible.
What tools do I need?
No special tools. A single screwdriver is all you’ll need.
How long does assembly take?
Most people finish in one to two hours, depending on the model and how handy they are. We recommend two people: one to hold panels in place while the other fastens and adjusts.
