Transcend Far Infrared Saunas

The Transcend Far Infrared Sauna features a unique cabin geometry with an emphasis on vertical lines. There is an intangible quality to sitting in this sauna that comes from being in a unique space. The mostly-glass walls surround the interior in a way that feels open and inviting. But it seems to us that there is something more that must be experienced to be understood. An additional benefit to this shape is that the exterior of the cabin, with its two front corners missing, returns space to your home, gracefully blending the sauna back into the room.

Seeking a synergy between form and function, this sauna is for detoxification and deserved nothing less than poplar interior and exterior, the wood of choice for clinic saunas worldwide. Significant extra-care is given to the poplar wood surface producing a finish of delicate refinement. In fact, its so nice, we prefer to say its polished.

Finally there is a carbon heater that we feel comfortable putting our name on. Carbon heaters have been around as long as infrared saunas, but they are plagued by exceptionally high EMF and low reliability – not suitable for a medical-grade sauna. The Bio-Resonance C emitters have neither of these problems. Bio-Resonance C emitters are made possible through changes to the engineering and newer precision manufacturing, both of which are increased expense few companies would bother with. These heaters made a cabin of this shape possible.

Floor heaters are another area in need of a break-through. Typically, an open lattice of wood covers a carbon heater. We don’t like them because the wood between the heater and your feet blocks the infrared. Also, they are difficult and annoying to clean and seem rickety when you walk on them. Our floor heater uses a tile to radiate the infrared meaning its solid, easy to clean, and provides unobstructed infrared right to your feet.

The touch-screen control panel can swivel to face inward, or out. It provides the control of time and temperature to High Tech Health detoxification standards. It also allows the control of the interior LED reading lights and LED color therapy. Best of all, it provides a screen for the disc player that drops down from the ceiling that plays CDs, DVDs, and MP3s. Of course, the electronics are all RoHS certified, as you would expect from High Tech Health.
