How do I know which size will fit?
Tell us your available width, depth, and ceiling height. A specialist can help you check the footprint, door swing, access, and assembly clearance before you choose.
Should I choose Foundation or Smart?
Foundation keeps the session straightforward. Smart adds app control, a touchscreen, and tools that estimate heat adaptation and help plan sessions. Both come in one-, two-, and three-person sizes. We’ll help you decide which features you’ll actually use.
What happens after I get in touch?
A High Tech Health specialist can talk through your room, the models you’re considering, and your questions about options, delivery, and setup. You don’t need to know which sauna you want before reaching out.
Do I need a special electrical outlet?
The one- and two-person models use a standard 120V, 15A outlet. Three-person models need a 120V, 20A circuit. We’ll help you review the electrical requirements for the model and location you choose.
What warranty comes with the sauna?
Coverage depends on the component and whether the sauna is used at home or commercially. We’ll walk you through the current terms for your model. Read the warranty details.
