What are Triple Antifield Heaters?

 

The latest development in infrared saunas is triple antifield heaters.  Triple antifield heaters mitigate all 3 kinds of EMF (electromagnetic fields).
The best carbon heaters only mitigate 1 kind of EMF (magnetic fields only), have high electric fields, and therefore are single antifield heaters.

Regular Infrared Sauna Heaters

EMF is inherent to everything that is electrical.  The more power an electric device consumes, the more EMF that will be present.  Infrared saunas by their very nature consume a lot of power (watts).  Your exposure to EMF increases with your proximity to all that power and in an infrared sauna you lean right up against it.

Without efforts to mitigate EMF, all infrared sauna heaters have high electric fields and high magnetic fields.

  1. Notice the electric field levels are much much higher than Vitatech recommends.
  2. Notice the maximum magnetic field level is much higher than such companies ever suggest.  Almost no companies ask Vitatech to locate the maximum levels.  Instead they direct Vitatech to measure only points they know are very low.

There is No Such Thing as a "No EMF" Heater

 

At best, a "no EMF" heater is probably a single anti-field heater with lowered magnetic fields and high electric fields.  No engineer would ever claim such a heater has "no EMF".

EMF is inherent to everything that is electrical.  The more power an electric device consumes, the more EMF that will be present.  Separate steps must be taken to reduce electric and magnetic fields.  Magnetic field reduction is imperfect and electric field reduction can be imperfect too.

No company has yet to make a backrest heater with a maximum magnetic field level at the heater's surface below the threshold of detection.  It hasn't happened yet and probably won't ever happen.  EVERY heater has measurable magnetic fields somewhere at its surface.

Don't trust any company that suggests they have a "no EMF" heater.

Don't trust any third-party EMF report that does not seek to identify maximum field levels at a heater's surface.  Also, every third-party EMF report should confirm the manufacturer's stated power level.
