IONIZER PLUS® TUNE-UP
The Ionizer Plus® Tune-Up is a replacement filter and a cleaning cartridge for your High Tech Health Ionizer Plus® water electrolyzer.
The cleaning cartridge is a one-time use cartridge that uses a safe and natural citric acid solution to dissolve built-up mineral deposits from the inside of your Ionizer Plus. Removal of these deposits prolongs the unit’s life and maximizes the performance of the UV light to kill virus. This will bring your Ionizer Plus back to “brand new” condition and is recommended every time you change the filter.
The replacement filter cartridge, like all of our filter cartridges, is good for filtering 6,000 liters (1,583 U.S. gallons). This will typically last one year for a family of four. The filter cartridge contains two stages: activated carbon for absorbing chlorine and chemicals, and a 0.1 micron hollow-fiber membrane filter, which will remove bacteria and anything else larger than 0.1 micron in size. This filter will also reduce any lead that might be present in your water.
