Shipping in the United States (not incl. HI & AK):

Books are shipped via USPS priority mail. Please expect 3 to 5 business days for delivery.

Filters are shipped via UPS ground service. Please expect 1 to 7 days delivery depending upon your location. Everything ships out of Colorado. Typical delivery times:

• Northern East Coast / New England -> 7 business days
• West Coast -> 3 business days
• Midwest, Midnorth, South, Southeast -> 3 to 4 business days

Expedited filter shipping is available but the cost depends upon your location. Please call to order expedited delivery.

Shipping in the United States to Hawaii or Alaska:

Cartridges are sent USPS priority mail.

Shipping Outside of the United States:

We ship worldwide. If the on-line ordering system does not provide a quote to your location, please call for a quote.

Returns:

Returns are accepted up to 30 days after purchase for unused product in new and resaleable condition. Refund is for purchase price less shipping. Please call for an RMA number before shipping any returns to ensure you get proper credit for your return.
