Buy From a Company You Trust
Don't Be Ripped Off!

Will the company be around when you need filters or replacement parts?
Will the company be around to honor the warranty?
Does the company have the experience to help you?

Trustworthy companies are ones that have been around long enough to have a reputation they want to protect. Since 1994, High Tech Health has earned a reputation as being THE choice for doctors and health practitioners world-wide to send their patients. We work hard to be your preferred choice and depend upon word-of-mouth for our business.

Our competitors, on the other hand, come and go so frequently, we often cannot keep track of them. Unfortunately, we routinely hear from customers who bought a sauna or ionizer from a company no longer in business, or who no longer honors their warranty because they have "changed suppliers". Don't let this happen to you.

How to Identify Trustworthy Companies

1) Can you find their company address on their website?

You might not think to look for this, but it is often missing. If they seem like they do not want you to be able to find them, there is a reason.

2) Can you confirm any of their corporate history?

Much of our competition claims they have 20 years or more experience. This is nearly always not true. There are almost no companies that sell our same type of products that have been in business as long as we have.

A simple and quick way to confirm some corporate history is to search the internet for "secretary of state" and the state the company is located in. These government websites will have a place to search for companies and you can find out when the company-in-question actually started business.

As examples, follow these links to search for businesses in:
California (our original location),
Colorado (our current location), and
Missouri (for example).

3) Did someone recommend the company to you?

Does the company honor their money-back guaranties? Does the company honor their warranties? Will they help you get the most out of their product, or are they only your best friend only until you buy? Buy from the company that comes recommended from someone you trust -- they have experience with the company and products and it takes all of the guess work out of identifying trustworthy companies.
